If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can make adjustments or cancel it. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt. We’ll assist you with returning the product and either issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’d like to return an item, ensure it is in its original, unused condition, and contact us to start the return process. Once the returned item is verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for your preferred item.
